The rollout begins with Direct-to-Card (DTC) printer ribbons. Initial deployments will occur in select regions with continued expansion throughout the third quarter of 2026.
Late 2026
HDP5K and HDP6600 retransfer ribbons and films will begin transitioning to the new sustainable packaging format.
Late 2026
Overlaminate products will also begin transitioning to the new corrugated packaging design.
What Customers Should Expect
Because this is a phased implementation, customers may receive a combination of existing and new packaging during the transition period.
IDSuperShop will make every effort to exhaust existing packaging inventory for each SKU before fully converting to the new packaging design. As a result, it is completely normal to receive either version depending on inventory availability and manufacturing schedules.
The consumables inside remain identical regardless of which packaging version is received.
