MSRP :For orders less than 1000 pieces (i.e. 10 packs of 100), simply place your order and then request a sample to be sent out before the entire shipment. You can hit reply on your order confirmation email with this request and it usually takes about a week for samples to arrive.

Our standard return policy allows for returns of ID badge reels as long as the packaging is unopened and they are returned within 30 days with an approved RA. Opened packages or returns after 30 days cannot be returned for credit but we may be able to exchange them for another product.
