I had a customer that was counting me and needed a large amount of an item very quickly. I had already ordered the product through another online provider that turned out to be a scam. IDSuperShop totally helped me out. I cannot compliment the customer service highly enough. We recently purchased an identification badge system from the IDSuperShop. This included software, printer and supplies. Our goal was to create ID badges that look professional and also work as a key fob for access to our buildings. The cost was totally reasonable. The quality and the appearance of the ID badges is very good. Kat was our go-to person and she was great to work with. The customer service we received was excellent. I highly recommend the IDSuperShop!

My company is a travel agency and we give all our cruise clients lanyards and plastic ID pouches to hold their room keys during their trip. Kat and team were excellent, walking me through tweaking the layout to my exact specifications and delivering what they promised ahead of schedule. I could not be more pleased with their service and the product. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

We needed to get customer gift/loyalty cards issued ASAP from two different locations and IDSuperShop gave us expert advice in addition to prompt professional service. First they repaired our current Fargo printer in a one day turnaround, then when we realized we needed a second card printer to meet our deadline they had another in stock ready for pick up the same day along with all the ribbons and cards. They made us look great in front of our customers!
