For orders less than 1000 pieces (i.e. 10 packs of 100), simply place your order and then request a sample to be sent out before the entire shipment. You can hit reply on your order confirmation email with this request and it usually takes about a week for samples to arrive.
For orders over 1000 pieces, you can follow the steps above or contact us to share more about your application and we will send a sample prior to processing your order.

Our standard return policy allows for returns of ID badge lanyards as long as the packaging is unopened and they are returned within 30 days with an approved RA. Opened packages or returns after 30 days cannot be returned for credit but we may be able to exchange them for another product.
Most ID badge lanyards ship in bags of 100. In general ID badge lanyards are a popular way to display your employee ID card and they come in lots of colors to match your company’s branding or designate access levels!
Most badge lanyards can hold 1-2 cards. If you need to hold more than that consider using a multi card badge holder for 3+ cards.
