Once your license key is delivered, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Yes, it is not uncommon for customers to change computers that Asure ID is installed on. To get support with this process you must have an active Asure ID Protect Plan. This allows a technician to help you backup all files, deactivate the software, install it on a new computer, activate and restore your saved files.
