The Standard Limited Warranty also includes On-Call Express (loaner printer) service for the first year of warranty. On-Call Express for the second year of the factory warranty is available for an additional fee. No On-Call Express service is available for the four-year warranty. No Extended Warranties are available.

If for any reason your HID FARGO product fails to perform, HID Global will exchange it with a new product within the first sixty (60) days of field service as long as the card count is fewer than 2,000 cards.
