Fargo YMCKIKI color ribbons with inhibit panels are a great solution for preventing printing over signature panels, contact smart chips, surface holograms, magnetic stripes, or other card features.
Inhibit panels color ribbons consist of yellow (Y), magenta (M) and cyan (C) panels for printing a full spectrum of colors by combining the colors using varying degrees of heat. The two black resin (K) panels are typically used for printing text and barcodes. The two inhibitor panels (I) prohibit HDP
film from adhering to surface card features, like chips, magnetic stripes, or embedded holograms.
Fargo YMCKIKI ribbons are for dual-sided printing, with YMC, the first K and I panels printing on the front side, the second K and I panels print on the back side of the card.
