The Intellicheck Driver’s License Reader automatically captures visitor information from a license identification card when either the magstripe or 2D barcode on the back of the license ID card is read.
Within one (1) second the License Reader reads the encoded information from the magnetic stripe or 2D barcode, and while reading the card, automatically populates the appropriate fields within the EasyLobby SVM Software visitor form.
The DCM license reader connects to your PC via USB for easy scanning and also uses its own patented software to validate the authenticity of an ID card by reading, analyzing and verifying the information encoded in the bar codes and magnetic stripes on all encoded US and Canadian state and provincial driver licenses.
The DCM Drivers License Reader also determines if the ID card has been tampered with or is expired.
Note: Only data is captured, not the photo. Customers have complete control over which fields from the license are stored.
