The third edition in the line of CardFive Vision photo ID software, CardFive Vision Premier offers an array of design and ID card printing options, including internal database management, and editing tools. CardFive Vision Premier shows you real time results as you are working, letting you see exactly how your ID card design is coming together.
The imager tool provides the ability to capture, edit, and improve image properties, with dozens of functions specifically tailored for photo ID image capturing. You can import images in multiple file formats, and perform image acquisition using your scanner, digital ID camera, or any twain device, such as inPhoto Capture or inPhoto ID software. With CardFive Vision Premier’s Direct Command Language (DCL) and Microsoft Windows printer drivers, you can achieve maximum print speeds and error control on both sides of your cards. Having included more than 100 internal drivers, this software can be used with all of the popular card printer brands in the industry, such as Fargo, Evolis, Zebra, and more.
CardFive Vision Premier ID card software is equipped with an internal Microsoft Access database, which allows you to add and edit card holder records in the database layout view, associate a photo with a database record, and perform powerful database query and reporting functions. CardFive Vision Premier provides ODBC (Microsoft Access) connection, in addition to accessibility to your stored CSV database files. It allows your company to easily operate over its network with additional site licenses, allowing licensed users to create, update, and maintain multiple records. Furthermore, CardFive Vision Premier’s network print server (NPS) allows multiple workstations to print and encode cards via a LAN or WAN, on a server computer with one or more card printers.
CardFive Vision Premier supports the major 1-D and 2-D barcode printing symbologies, including PDF417 2-D barcodes, which perform facial image encoding, and you can also encode data for magnetic name badge or smart card use, making your cards more functional than regular photo IDs.
CardFive Vision Premier additionally includes the NFive-exclusive KeyFive USB key, which allows you to protect and manage access to your photo ID software. Full access to CardFive Vision Premier is available only when the KeyFive USB stick is plugged into the PC in which the software has been installed. If the USB stick is removed, no one will have access to the software other than in demo mode, where there is no access to records created, and work done in this mode cannot be saved.
Another optional feature compatible with any CardFive, CardFive Vision, and DeskFive software is the NFive FaceSnap upgrade. NFive’s FaceSnap is a plug-in that is able to automatically recognize a face in an image, crop that face out of a scene, and improve its image quality.
