Custom Holokote™ anti-cloning protection now included FREE with the purchase of Magicard’s Rio Pro Duo MS ID card printer, exclusively from IDSuperShop!
With all of the features of the Rio1 plus more, Magicard‘s Rio Pro Duo MS with Combination Smart Card Encoder (Mifare, Desfire, iClass & Contact Chip) and Mag Encoder is a secure ID card printer with powerful capabilities.
Magicard Custom HoloKote
prints your custom graphic into the overlay panel during the normal ID
card printing cycle, providing anti-counterfeit protection to your
plastic ID cards. Custom HoloKote repeats your custom watermark in a
frosted image that is invisible when viewed normally, but when flexed or
held at an angle in direct light becomes clearly visible.
Your custom Holokote image is encrypted and electronically stored on a special order data CD and key card set that is loaded to the firmware of your ID card printer via a connected PC, and the key card inserted into a slot in the ID card printer allows the specified printer to produce the watermark on the ID badge during the normal print cycle. When Magicard HoloKote is used with HoloPatch ID cards, one area of the HoloKote watermark can be highlighted as a highly-visible gold seal on your ID card.
Also featuring true-color dye sublimation printing, the Magicard Rio Pro Duo MS with Combo Smart Card Encoder delivers in both security and performance. Producing edge-to-edge high-resolution color cards, the Rio Pro Duo MS is the perfect printer for creating ID Cards and badges, customer rewards programs, access control, and more. Now with Re-Write capability when used with special Re-Write card stock.
Featuring maintenance reminders, easy drop-in film loading, optional magnetic-stripe and smart card encoding, and Magicard’s plug-and-print functionality, with the Rio Pro Duo MS you’ll be up and running in minutes, creating professional and secure ID cards. Comes with Magicard’s three-year UltraCoverPlus® warranty with a free loaner, in both North America and the EU. Magicard’s Rio Pro has replaced the Rio2e ID card printer.
