Magicard’s new Pronto single-sided color ID card printer with built-in MagStripe Encoder, features a single card feed, which allows the production of personalized ID cards on demand, and in moments. Offering edge to edge printing, and sharp image quality for simple and easy card printing, the Pronto is a compact and highly reliable package. Now with Re-Write capability when used with special Re-Write card stock.
The lightweight design of the Pronto makes it easily transportable to any location, and it works well sitting on counters and desktops. Its color-coded status LED, USB interface, and Microsoft certified plug and play driver make the Pronto an ID card printer that’s easy to use, as well as set up, and operate straight out of the box. The Magicard Pronto delivers low cost printing, with free visual security care of its built-in HoloKote anticounterfeiting watermark feature. A choice of 4 FREE standard watermark designs are selectable via the driver.
HoloKote is an anti-counterfeiting watermark that appears across the entire card surface, becoming visible when the card is viewed at an angle. There are no additional costs involved in printing HoloKote cards with Magicard ID card printers. Magicard’s HoloPatch works with HoloKote to produce a highly-visible gold seal on cards which are printed using special card stock. The user-friendly printer driver for the Pronto is now available in seven languages; English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Chinese. UltraDriver supports Microsoft® Windows® XP, Windows 2000, Windows 2003 and Windows Vista.
