YMCKT color ribbons
can be used to print single-sided full-color ID cards with black resin
text or barcodes and a clear topcoat (protective layer) over the entire
ID card.

Polaroid recommends using genuine Polaroid YMCKT ribbons and
supplies to ensure the best performance from your Polaroid ID printer.

Dye-sublimation YMCKT ribbons typically have a shelf life of up to one year,
when stored properly. YMCKT ribbons that are not properly
stored, and are more than one year old, will not print optimally and
will likely end up costing more in maintenance and more money in
reprinting ID cards.
