The powerful Fargo DTC550-LC duplex ID card printer delivers state-of-the-art printing and security features, in a network ready printer that’s been designed to please both IT and security. Providing flexibility in widespread and high-volume card issuances, HID Global’s Fargo DTC550-LC duplex card printer is perfect for creating professional, secure ID cards for virtually all purposes, from employee access cards, to government and student IDs, customer loyalty and membership cards, and more.
The lamination module enhances card security by applying a clear or holographic layer, which act as protection from UV light, chemicals, daily wear and tear and forgery. Two 100-Card hoppers enable high-volume ID card printing, while a reject card hopper ensures that production keeps on moving. The DTC550’s optional magnetic encoding, contactless smart card, and proximity card encoding provide additional functionality, and can be installed as needed.
