Zebra once again has raised the bar with single-sided laminator and USB and Ethernet connectivity and magnetic encoder, capable of creating up to 125 laminated cards per hour, making it perfect for high-volume production of durable and secure laminated cards. The Zebra P520i features an amazingly fast, field proven print engine, and a heavy duty fourth generation card laminator. It’s ideal for making secure facility access control and auto ID cards, law enforcement and corrections facility ID cards, driver’s licenses and government ID cards, and identification and time attendance cards.
The P520i is whisper quiet, yet fast, with a laminator that adds 2-5 additional years to your card life, compared to that of non-laminated cards. The Zebra P520i has been intelligently designed to print and laminate both sides of your cards as needed, while the operator-friendly LCD display keeps you up to date on unit status, printer settings, and maintenance functions, with easy-to-access menu options and control buttons. The P520i also features a card feeder than can be opened and accessed without interrupting card production. Also features automatic synchronization of ribbons and laminate materials, an in-line cleaning cartridge, optional magnetic encoding and/or Smart Card contact stations, a reject hopper for cards that fail encoding, and both Centronics and USB interfaces. For quick and easy setup, the P520i provides plug and play convenience.
