Q- Can I change my card design once my order has been submitted?
A – No. Once an order is received, your finished design goes straight to our production queue and there is no opportunity to edit them.
Q – Can I request expedited shipping with a tracking number?
A – Yes. If you would like to request overnight shipping or shipment to an address outside the USA, you can request this in the order notes and we will send a separate Paypal money request to complete payment.
Q – Can I upload my own card design for print?
A – Yes, you can upload an existing design simply click on the Uploads button then place your entire design on the card. Then save your card and complete the checkout process.
Q – Is there an additional cost for printing dual-sided cards?
A – No, we charge the same low cost for single or dual-sided printing. Be sure to upload images for the front and back if you want a dual-sided card printed.
Q – What are the exact dimensions of a printed card?
A – Your printed card will be CR80 size with dimensions 2.125″ x 3.375″ with a glossy finish and 30 mil thickness. There are no options for printing an oversized card.
Q – Will the cards be printed edge to edge with full color?
A – Yes, if you provide us with full-color artwork that is 2.125″ x 3.375″ your cards will be printed edge to edge.
Q – Will you still be able to print my card(s) if I upload artwork that doesn’t have the exact dimensions above?
A – Yes, if your artwork is not exactly this size it will be automatically adjusted to fit these dimensions to match the industry-standard size of CR80.
Q – What kind of material is used for printing cards from your website?
A – We use ISO quality card stock using durable, graphics quality PVC, with industry-standard credit card size (CR80) and 30 mil thickness.
Q- What print process is used for printing these cards?

A – If no artwork appears on your approved order notice, we will wait 24 hours to receive your artwork before canceling your order.
Q – Can I get a government-issued ID or officially issued certificate ID cards through this site?
A – No. We will not print any orders that duplicate government-issued ID cards. If you create a design as a secondary ID card it must state “Not A Government Issued Document” / “Not An Offical Issued Document” or we will cancel your order.
