Evolis YMCKH Color Ribbon for Printing on Non-PVC Cards for AVANSIA Card Printers.

YMCKH ribbons
consist of yellow (Y), magenta (M) and cyan (C) panels for printing a
full spectrum of colors by combining the colors using varying degrees of
heat. The K panel is a black resin panel, typically used for printing
text and barcodes. The Heat Seal (H) panel is specially designed to help
HDP film adhere to cards with uneven surfaces, such as smart cards.

Evolis YMCKH ribbon is designed to work with the Avansia card printers and must be used in conjunction with Transfer Films for Avansia.

An
Evolis electronic key is delivered with every color ribbon. You will
have to install the ribbon first and then install the key inside the
printer.

The electronic key is equipped with a RFID tag which
communicates with an electronic board inside the printer. Without this
key, the printer will not print.
