To prevent delamination along the leading edge, the cards are constructed from a single piece of polyester/polyethylene plastic that wraps around your card insert. For easy access, the cards are pre-trimmed and open on three sides. When used in swipe readers they can last up to twice as long and to provide superior durability the cards are shrink-wrapped in pouches!
