Datacard® ID Works® Basic photo ID software includes the core tools for managing ID card design and production efficiently, and provides excellent flexibility for creating cards and handling images.

Datacard ID Works Basic software enables you to create ID card and report designs, as well as manage image capture and ID card printing. It introduces basic security features, such as a ghost option for the photo field and import and export of data from Microsoft® Access databases, encoding magnetic stripes and printing bar codes. With ID Works Basic you can create your own layout, field labels and color and graphics in production forms.

ID Works Basic leverages all of the features of SD Series or SP Plus Series Datacard ID card printers and integrates seamlessly with many other ID card printer brands. It supports Datacard® Tru Photo solutions, as well as TWAIN and Video for Windows image capture devices. The user-friendly interface features point-and-click navigation to simplify ID card design and production and customizable sample templates and online documentation quickly turn new users into experts.
